Our signs are manufactured from a dual-layer laser engraving laminate specially developed for processing using a laser. This hard-wearing material comprises a 2-ply modified acrylic sheet with a tough micro-finished surface layer on a high-quality contrasting-coloured core. By engraving away the top layer with precision depth using a laser it reveals the core colour to produce permanent high definition, high contrast lettering in a single process with no mess or cleaning, and the laser cutting leaves perfect, heat-smoothed edges every time – no rough machined edges.
All our signs can be supplied with double-sided adhesive pads, full coverage permanent self-adhesive backing or pre-cut screw fixing holes for easy mounting to most surfaces including metal, plastic, glass and wood. They can be easily fitted to flat surfaces such as walls, doors, or industrial equipment.
