Here we try to answer some of the questions we get asked most frequently or that we think you might want to know that aren't covered elsewhere. If you still have questions after reading this, please get in touch and we'll answer them asap!

• Do you ship outside the UK?
  We do not currently ship goods ordered on our website outside the UK but plan to in the near future - please subscribe to our updates and we'll let you know when this happens. However, we also sell many of our standard items on Amazon and these can be shipped to Europe, so please check whether the item you require is available there.
  
  
• What if I can't customise a product quite the way I want?
  Everyone's taste is different. That's why we try to offer customisation options to supplement our standard products based on materials we hold in stock or can easily obtain from our regular suppliers, but if you want something a bit different, maybe a different colour, different type of wood, different font for an engraved message, then please get in touch. We're happy to consider all requests and will do our best to accommodate your special requests.
  
  
• Can you supply bespoke orders for a wedding or other event?
  Absolutely! If you want a product or collection of products to coordinate with a special day then we're happy to help. If you have a design in mind, please upload a picture or description via the Contact page or give us a call and we'll be happy to discuss ideas.
