Order Value

• We currently have no minimum order value; however, we are unfortunately not able to offer free shipping on some very low-cost items.

Shipping Destinations

• We currently do not ship goods ordered from our website outside the UK, however we plan to offer international shipping in the future.

Shipping Methods

• We currently ship all orders via UK Royal Mail with shipping cost calculated at checkout, however we will shortly be offering courier shipping by Evri as an alternative service.
  
  
• Orders can be collected from our Harlow (Essex) office free of charge by prior appointment. Please select this option at checkout and we will contact you when your items are ready to collect. Please note that items in our Amazon warehouse stock will require an additional 1-2 days for your items to be received back at our office for collection.

Packing Charges

• We want your precious goods to reach you safely and in pristine condition. We use good quality and eco-friendly packaging materials wherever possible, and we have a clear and open policy on packing charges.
  
  
• The cost of packaging for individual items is normally included into the product prices you see, so any shipping charges are fair and for final order packing and shipping only with no hidden extras.
  
  
• Some large fragile items (e.g. large artworks) may require extra special protection the cost of which we still include in the product price, but these can be identified using the product filter. This will also be clearly stated on the product page, so you know exactly what you’re paying for and why the price may be a little higher. We’re sure you’ll appreciate the extra care we take in protecting your goods.

Shipping Charges Policy

• We offer free shipping for many items, and these can be identified using the product filter.
  
  
• Where shipping charges apply, we try our best to keep them to a minimum. Charges are therefore accurately calculated based on the weight, size and value of the order rather than using inflated, fixed price bands.
  
  
• Shipping options and charges are clearly visible in the shopping basket BEFORE checkout to help you in making purchase and shipping decisions.
  
  
• We only offer appropriate shipping options for your order which offer best value and adequate compensation should your order be lost or damaged during transit.

Dispatch Times

We offer a range of standard products available immediately as well as customisable products which require additional processing or are hand-made to order. Because we aim to offer such a wide range of customisation possibilities, it is impossible to hold all materials in stock therefore dispatch times depend on the type of product being ordered.

• Standard products ready-made and in stock will normally be dispatched from our Amazon warehouse stock within 1 day.
  
  
• Customisable products for which we hold materials in stock will normally be ready for dispatch in 1-3 working days.
  
  
• Customisable products where we need to order in materials will normally be ready for dispatch in 3-5 working days.
  
  
• Please note that items dispatched by us will normally be consolidated in a single shipment when all items are ready for dispatch.
